Niles Township Fun Run

We are excited about being a lead sponsor for the Niles Township (NT) Fun Run for the second year in a row! 

On Sunday, May 21, 10:00am-12:00pm, the Skokie community will come together to support the NT's efforts to collect money to buy school supplies, backpacks, and headphones for children in need in our local Skokie school districts. To show how much of an impact this event has, NT has been able to purchase enough supplies for over 2,000 backpacks over the last year! Their ultimate goal is to raise enough money to get to 5,000. As an example for how great the need is, Old Orchard Junior High School alone has requested 1,200 backpacks. Your support makes a HUGE difference!

To that end, we are looking for your support in two ways:

1. Contribute to our Club fundraising goal! In our effort to defend our title as top fundraisers (last year we raised over $1,000 - great job team!), we will be coordinating all Swifter contributions through this ONE fundraising webpage, so please don't create your own fundraising page when you...

2. Sign up for the fun run! Late registration is coming. Check back here or follow the Niles Township Food Panty on Facebook for updates.  We hope to have a HUGE Swifter turnout at the actual event on May 21 to show our support! We will also have a booth at the event and would love to have a few volunteers to take turns staffing the booth (let Sabrina know if you want to do this.)
