Bring your own workout plan (suggestions provided if needed), water bottle, towel, and whatever else you need to be comfortable. Note there are no drinking fountains or bathrooms available to us. If there is interest, we’ll head to Kneads and Wants post workout for a quick coffee. Hope to see you then!
